CREATIVE EXPRESSION/NUMERACY
Outcomes:
-builds 3-D objects
-explores and experiments with patterns
-experiments with a variety of art materials to create two and three dimensional forms
Materials:
-paint chips (maybe you have some at home or you can pick some up at Home Depot or Canadian Tire)
-scissors
-string or fishing line
-a branch
Directions:
- look at the following pictures of mobiles.
-choose colours and shapes that you like and create your own mobile. I made one a few years ago and cut out little butterfly shapes. I bent them in half so that they looked like they were flying. Have fun and don't forget to send me a photo of your finished mobile!
